The PALS Ride Group is an enthusiastic group
of road cyclists consisting of both social and club riders of
various fitness levels and abilities.
The PALS Cycling Group meets every Saturday at 7.30 am in
front of Caffe Primo Mawson Lakes (Shop 1, 18-28 Main
St, Mawson Lakes).
The PALS Ride Group has two ride groups that cater for all
levels of fitness. Both male and female riders of all ages
are welcome. Various routes are ridden, with some being
approximately 60-80 kilometres long. Currently, routes
alternate between Gawler, Outer Harbour and Glenelg, with a
Hills Ride on the last Sunday of each month. See the 'Rides
Program' for details of the rides. All rides finish at the
Caffe Primo Mawson Lakes between
10.00am and 11.00am. You are welcome to join the group for a coffee after the ride or you may choose to
leave the group early and head home.
Starting Out:
Everyone is welcome to join the group as long as they have an Australian Safety Standards approved helmet and a bicycle in safe running order. Road bikes are recommended.
